I believe women deserve healthcare, workplaces and conversations that are for them and evolve with them.
Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals, healthcare professionals and senior leaders to improve the systems people move through every day.
Â
Whether I'm supporting organisations to create more equitable workplace cultures, developing national educational resources, or helping a woman make sense of the changes happening in her body, I keep coming back to the same question:
Are we asking women to adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind?
My approach
I believe the best education doesn't simply provide answers; it helps people ask better questions.

As a Nurse, Teaching Fellow, certified menopause coach and speaker, I combine evidence-based science with compassion and curiosity. I want women to understand why they're feeling the way they do, not simply what to do next.
Â
At the same time, I know that supporting individual women is only part of the solution.
That's why my work sits at the intersection of biology, healthcare and workplace culture.
Â
I work with organisations, healthcare professionals and leaders to create environments where women don't have to fight to be understood. Because when we stop asking women to adapt to outdated systems and instead evolve those systems, everyone benefits.
Â
Whether I'm coaching one woman, delivering a talk to a room full of people, or advising senior leaders on organisational culture, my goal remains the same: helping women thrive by changing both the conversations around hormones and the systems that shape their lives.
What I Believe
Education
Giving women evidence-based knowledge so they can understand what is happening in their bodies.

Coaching
Personalised, compassionate support that helps women identify what matters to them and make meaningful changes.

Connection
Creating spaces for women to feel heard, understood and connected rather than navigating everything individually.

Advocacy
Supporting women to advocate for themselves while also challenging the workplaces, healthcare systems and wider structures that need to change.

Experience
Over the last decade, I've worked across frontline clinical practice, higher education and national consultancy, giving me a unique perspective on both individual experience and organisational change.

My work has included:
-
Advising the NHS and large corporate organisations, executive leaders and national programmes on culture, equity and organisational change.
-
Co-developing educational resources used across NHS organisations and universities.
-
Publishing peer-reviewed research exploring bias and Senior lecturer in Adult Nursing.
-
Co-founding Mokita Training & Consultancy, supporting organisations to have courageous conversations that lead to meaningful change.
-
Delivering keynote talks, workshops and coaching on hormonal health, menopause and women's wellbeing across healthcare, higher education and corporate settings.

Â
Working at both an individual and systems level has shaped how I see women's health. The challenges women face are rarely explained by biology alone. They're influenced by the quality of healthcare they receive, the workplaces they work in, and the cultures they move through every day.
Beyond my work
Outside of work, you'll usually find me writing, reading, exploring nature or gathered around a campfire with family and friends or playing roller derby.

I've always believed that some of the most meaningful conversations happen when people feel safe enough to be themselves. That same belief shapes every coaching session, workshop and talk I deliver.

So welcome...
Whether you've arrived looking for answers about your own health, searching for a speaker who challenges conventional thinking, or exploring how your organisation can better support women, I'm glad you're here.

Because every woman deserves to feel informed, understood and valued.

And there's always space for you by the campfire.
